Training aanspreekcultuur\

Collective Responsibility for Social Safety

You cannot impose a culture from the top down. How do you still get people to address each other's undesirable behavior? For this, you need a number of building blocks:

  1. Understanding what boundary crossing entails

  2. Being able to sense and communicate one's own boundaries

  3. Tools for addressing others

  4. Accountability and trust

  5. Understanding of equality and power

In the program below, we provide the theory and an opportunity to practice safely to arrive at your own version of a culture of accountability.
