Culture Assessment
A culture assessment is always tailored to the organization but can include:

Structure Assessment
The structure assessment examines the systems related to social safety and their execution. This includes:

The code of conduct

The complaint-handling procedure

Resolution of previous complaints

Composition of the decision-making body
Results
Through qualitative interviews, observations, and structural research, we investigate the following questions. Which factors are most frequently mentioned as barriers to addressing issues? Do employees know about the code of conduct, the complaints procedure, and the confidential counselor? Do they understand what boundary-crossing behavior and power dynamics entail?

Based on the answers, we determine whether there is a culture of concern, fear, avoidance, or accountability. We assess the knowledge and skills levels of employees and managers and tailor the organizational training and consultancy accordingly.
